About the Project
Amankwakrom Pentecost Child Development Centre is in collaboration with their Development Partners intend to apply part of their funds for the construction of Limited Mechanized Water System for the Amankwakrom Community.
The project comprises of drilling and mechanization of 1No. borehole, laying of transmission and distribution pipelines, construction of elevated concrete stand for a plastic storage tank reservoir, construction of fetching points in various parts of the community.
As part of the implementation of the project, Amankwakrom Pentecost Child Development Centre has engaged the service of Atlantic Hydro-Engineering Services (AHES) as the contractor for the project.
The project when completed will provide a safe and reliable source of water for the local population and will also help to improve the quantity and quality of water supply in the area.
Progress of Work
The Amakwakrom Project has been completed successfully. This significant project is providing clean, accessible water to the entire community, and improving the quality of daily life.
With the new borehole in place, the residents of Amankwakrom now have reliable access to safe water for drinking, washing and other household activities. This advancement promotes better health and hygiene, supporting our broader mission to foster sustainable development and enhance living conditions in rural areas in Ghana.
